MARC-REINER SCHMIDT 2022 SUPERMOTO WORLD CHAMPION

Martigny (Switzerland) , 27 October 2022 – Marc-Reiner Schmidt, 1995 class, born in Friedrichshafen, Germany, after a great season, won his second S1GP Title. The german rider started the year with a first overall position at the first S1GP of Piemonte, got a fourth overall in Spain,  third place in Sardinia, winner of S1GP of Czech Republic, second at S1GP of Lombardia  and the second place at the last Grand Prix of France guaranteed him the gold medal.

 

Schmidt said : “I‘m super happy with the season! Some up‘s and down‘s but overall we did a great job. To bring home that Title for the L30 TM Factory Team feels even better then the first title. Because my childhood dream was to ride for the TM Factory Team and crown it with a World Champion. I had the full last two seasons the Red plate, this is just great and shows our incredible performance. We are on Top of the world and we well keep it rolling. Can’t wait for the 2023 Season opener and soon you will get some big news about my future.”
