S1GP OF SARDINIA, DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM PROMOTES THE EVENT
Martigny (Switzerland) 27 April 2022 – On Thursday 21 April a meeting was held between the XIEM CEO Danilo Boccadolce and the Tourism Councilor Dr. Giovanni Chessa at the offices of the Sardinian Tourism Department who confirmed the interest in hosting a test of the Supermoto World Championship Grand Prix of Sardinia on the weekend of 4 and 5 June at the Sardina Circuit in the city of Tramatza (Oristano), for the occasion the Circuit has started important adaptation works structures and planned the project of the new off-road section.
The Tourism Councilor Dr. Giovanni Chessa :”we are proud to bring to our territory a world event with riders, teams and professionals who come from ten countries and who will be able to discover the beauty and hospitality of our territory, we are firmly convinced that sport is an important and indispensable media for increasing the number of tourists and retaining their presence on our island ”
